Throughout 2020 Micah lived heavily in their sketchbook. In 2021 they scanned all of the sketchbooks of the year, from scribbles and doodles, to concepts that would eventuate, recontextualise and/or reappear in new works right up to today. Volume 1 offers an honest peek into the dreaming, dawdling and drawing of a young artist.
